acquired businesses into the parent organization.
Mr. Ajay started his career as Personnel Officer in M/s Rashtriya Chemicals
and Fertilizers. His last assignment was as Head HR in Bosch Chassis India
Ltd, Pune. He also served in various capacities in reputed organizations at
Sr. Management Level like Philips Electronics as a Head - HR -Industrial
Operations, Birla Accucast as GM - HR, Zydus Altana Healthcare as a Head -
HR, Administration and Alkyl Amines Chemicals. His experience both in the
